There was a leigon of these caterpillars decimating a bush in our garden last year. I haven't been able to identify them yet.

**UPDATE II* As pointed out by ~avancna (Thank you) These are indeed the larvae of the Rose Sawfly (Arge ochropus). I did some more research and found a picture similar to this and a long explanation
I should have made the connection between them and all the Rose Sawflies in our garden last year
